Gregory S. Tehle, DDS
Dr. Tehle has been serving your friends and neighbors since 1979. Today, he focuses primarily on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. The focus of his practice has always been implementing the most current treatment therapies and acquiring the latest dental technologies to provide the highest-quality service to his patients. He has been a resident of the Barrington area for 26 years and has two sons. Dr. Tehle enjoys exercising, hiking, bicycling, listening to all genres of music and traveling. His favorite pastime is spending time with his two college-aged sons.

Donna Grzegorek, RDH
Donna Grzegorek takes pride in treating the oral healthcare needs of her patients. Practicing dental hygiene for 32 years, Donna's passion for dentistry is observed as she enthusiastically shares her knowledge and expertise with patients and colleagues.
Donna has amassed a number of advanced credentials, including certifications in myofunctional therapy, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide sedation and laser dentistry. Her dedication to career and focus on wellness through meticulous oral health has set the stage for numerous honors, including three national distinctions: Discus Dental's "Hygienist of the Year," Sunstar America's "Dental Hygiene Award of Distinction" and the American Dental Hygiene Association's "Hygienist Hero." Most recently, Donna was recognized by her dental hygiene alma mater as a Distinguished Alumna. Each of these honors was based on high standards of excellence, professional achievement and community leadership.
Donna is a clinical specialist, IDHA scholar, key opinion leader, published author, national speaker, corporate consultant and student mentor. Donna sits on two corporate advisory boards where she is a valued resource, offering her expertise to new product design and market research. She enjoys participating in clinical trials and beta testing new products and technologies in advance of their release to the marketplace. Donna has graced the cover of industry journals, serves as an executive board member for the American Academy of Dental Hygiene and is a 32-year member of multiple professional associations.
Donna takes great pride in giving back to the community and has volunteered hundreds of hours in various settings to advance public awareness about a variety of dental topics. She is particularly proud of a successful effort she spearheaded to set a Guinness World Record for the "Most Number of People Dental Flossing on a Single Strand of Dental Floss." This event, which brought national attention to the importance of oral health, involved 297 adolescents utilizing a 1,500-foot piece of dental floss.
A highly driven, detail-oriented hygienist who believes that the dental professional is a key component to systemic health, you will find Donna promoting full-body wellness through meticulous oral health. When not consumed by professional responsibilities, Donna enjoys the health club, dining at unique restaurants and time spent with her family.
Donna states: "I am humbled to serve the healthcare needs of my patients. I look forward to establishing a collaborative relationship to attain and maintain complete oral health."
Rebecca Mates
As one of nine children, our dental assistant Rebecca has spent most of her life caring for others. This nurturing upbringing led her to a customer service career in banking. Recognizing the need for more personal "people contact," Rebecca came to dentistry. We were very fortunate to have her join our team in September 2007.
Rebecca's experience as a dental assistant (since June 2004) has prepared her to meet the needs of our patients. Rebecca enjoys training for and running marathons, sewing, baking custom cakes, spending time with her husband, family and traveling. Rebecca is an enthusiastic professional who looks forward to assisting you with your dental needs.
Jackie Grenz
Jackie grew up on the North side of Chicago. She began working in the dental field thirty-one years ago. She currently resides in the northwest suburbs with her husband and two children. Jackie is very involved with her children, volunteering at their schools on various committees and in scouting. Jackie and her family participate in Civil War Reenactments and the Honor Flight program for World War II Veterans. When she is not cheering her children on in their various sports, you can find her enjoying outdoor activities like hiking, camping, sledding and swimming.
Jackie is youngest of three children. This spot in her family made Jackie very good at listening and taking directions, but also determined. These qualities in Jackie make her a very kind and compassionate person, as well as a great dental assistant.
Dr. Tehle serves communities in Cook County, IL and Lake County, IL, including Barrington, South Barrington, Barrington Hills, Arlington Heights and Palatine.
